Service Description
This website provides information about Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio and includes an appointment request form. Submitting the contact form constitutes a request for consultation, not a confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication with our studio and receipt of the required deposit.
Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs, photographs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the property of Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio and its artists. No reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is permitted without prior written permission.
User-Submitted Content
Reference images submitted through our contact form are used solely for consultation purposes. By submitting reference images, you represent that you have the right to share them. All final tattoo designs created by our artists are original works and remain the intellectual property of the artist and studio.
Deposit & Cancellation
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final price of your tattoo. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.
