Health Risks
Tattooing involves puncturing the skin with needles and depositing ink beneath the surface. Risks include but are not limited to allergic reactions, infections, scarring, keloid formation, and granulomas. Individuals with certain medical conditions should consult a physician before receiving a tattoo.
Age Requirement (SC Code 44-34-60)
In accordance with South Carolina law, tattooing is prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. No exceptions, including with parental consent.
Blood Donor Notice (SC Code 44-34-60)
Receiving a tattoo may temporarily disqualify you from donating blood. Consult your local blood bank for current guidelines regarding wait periods after receiving a tattoo.
Sobriety Requirement (SC Code 44-34-100)
Under South Carolina law, tattooing may not be performed on any person who appears to be impaired by drugs or alcohol. Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Head, Face & Neck Restriction (SC Code 44-34-100)
Under South Carolina law, it is unlawful for a tattoo artist to tattoo any part of the head, face, or neck. This restriction is enforced at Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio.
Informed Consent
All clients at Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio are required to sign an informed consent form before any procedure. This form covers aftercare instructions, medical history disclosure, and acknowledgment of risks.
Deposit Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Non-refundable, applied toward final tattoo price. Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking.
Portfolio Accuracy
Photos on this website may not exactly represent healed tattoo appearance. Colors, lines, and shading may appear differently once the tattoo is fully healed. Your artist will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.
Aftercare Responsibility
The client is responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their artist. Improper aftercare can result in infection, fading, or other complications. Fallen Raven Tattoo Studio is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
